Project Manager – Remedial, Restoration, Class 2 - Residential/Commercial

This client I am working with is a Sydney-based construction company known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial and heritage remedial projects. Due to a large influx of work and strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has grown through the trade ranks, starting on the tools and progressing organically into project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands construction from the ground up and can confidently lead complex projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Role

You will take ownership of remedial, class 2 and/or heritage project, overseeing delivery from planning through to completion. You’ll be trusted to manage people, programs, and stakeholders while upholding the quality and craftsmanship this organisation is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of commercial and heritage builds
• Experienced working within the residential/commercial builds
• Class 2 Remedial experience is advantageous
• Leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Managing budgets, programs, variations, and risk
• Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with heritage requirements and quality standards
• Driving safe, efficient, and timely project delivery

About You

• Trade background (carpentry essential), having worked your way up on site
• Proven experience delivering residential class 2, and/or heritage projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to run large site teams
• Confident communicator who can deal directly with clients
• Detail-oriented, organised, and outcomes focused
• Sydney-based - happy to work around Sydney Metro
• Experienced working within the residential/commercial builds
• Class 2 Remedial experience is advantageous
